Mr. Incorporation, Inc. is concerned about your right to privacy. Age Requirement

The Mr. Incorporation program is only available to those 18 years and older.

Limitations on Member Accounts

Member Accounts are limited to one per person over 18 years of age. You agree that all accounts may be revoked and stock in the accounts forfeited if it is determined by Mr. Incorporation, Inc. that this policy has been violated. If you believe you have accidentally created more than one account, contact us as soon as possible for correction. For security purposes, Mr. Incorporation, Inc. reserves the right to request additional personal information from a member to confirm identity, which if not provided by the member, are grounds for termination of a member's account, and forfeiture of all stock in the member's account.

Valid E-Mail Account Required at All Times

To keep this program free, we must be able to reach you by e-mail. Members are therefore required to maintain a valid e-mail address with Mr. Incorporation at all times. In the event a member's e-mail address changes, the member is required to update their personal user information with their new address, or notify Customer Service Mr. Incorporation will disable a member's account if three consecutive e-mails from
Mr. Incorporation to the member are returned to Mr. Incorporation undeliverable. If a member fails to contact Mr. Incorporation with a new e-mail address within 60 days after the member's account is disabled, the member's account will be revoked and all stock in the account forfeited.

Duty to Respond to E-Mails

For security purposes, a member may receive an e-mail from Mr. Incorporation requesting a response from the member in some form, such as clicking on a hyperlink, or replying to the e-mail. Mr. Incorporation will disable a member's account if three consecutive e-mails from Mr. Incorporation to the member requesting a response or reply are ignored by the member and not responded to. If a member fails to contact Mr. Incorporation within 60 days after the member's account is disabled, the member's account will be revoked and all stock in the
account forfeited.

If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable,
then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the
validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement
between us relating to the subject matter herein.
